January is a great time to make plans for the coming year.
For a business like Tree Amigos, where we design, build, care for and maintain commercial and residential outdoor properties and dream-retreat projects, we are always in some sort of a planning phase.
In fact, Tree Amigos has a whole team dedicated to planning for the future of our business.
As our list of 2019 projects grows, we develop a scheduling process that takes each job from start to finish, including working with our clients during the design phase; helping clients choose materials; ordering materials; estimating each project’s duration, and putting out a call for new members to work on our different teams.
That last bit is important: We’re hiring!
Landscaping isn’t the easiest career out there, but it sure is rewarding, a fact to which our long-time employees will vouch.
Applying is easy – just visit the link above and fill out your application online. We’d love to have you as part of our team!
This planning phase we’re in now doesn’t really have an end … because as we continue to take on new projects, things grow and change, according to the needs of our clients and our available scheduling space.
That’s why – and this is really key – if you are planning to ask Tree Amigos to develop your concept design proposal, now’s the time to do that!
Planning now for the enjoyment you’ll get from your new dream retreat is the smart thing to do. We’ve said it before, but it bears repeating: You and our team need time to develop your project plan; to choose materials; get permits; set dates and ensure our crews are ready.
We love this planning phase, when we get to creatively brainstorm about the coming season’s projects. It’s a good time for us to expand on our skills; attend industry conferences; learn to use new tools; learn about new building materials, and finalize the season’s first builds.
Here’s hoping we’ll see your name on our project contact list, soon!
